Product Description

In 2012, Ben, Josh and Alex set out to create a new gin recipe that paid homage to the core principles of gin distillation, but also utilised modern techniques. Whilst working with one of the UK’s most respected traditional gin distillers to create a classic juniper base, they turned the basement of their bar in Aberdeen into one of the UK’s most innovative micro-distilleries and started cold-distilling the more exotic and delicate botanicals for their recipe- in order to extract more refined, vibrant flavours. The result is a range of beautifully balanced gins which bring the best of classical and modern methods together.
