Story : The Goisot family has been making wine in the lesser-known village of Saint-Bris in northern Burgundy since the 14th century, and today the estate is helmed by father-and-son duo Jean-Hugues and Guilhem. Revered for their meticulous biodynamic farming and low-intervention cellar work, the Goisots have built a cult following by crafting wines that rival the purity and complexity of much pricier white Burgundies.

This Aligot comes from limestone-rich soils that give it electric acidity and a distinct mineral backbone. The grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and fermented with native yeasts, then aged on fine lees in stainless steel to retain freshness and precision. It’s a bottle that over-delivers in every sense.
