Story : Nat Cool is the brainchild of Dirk Niepoort, one of Portugals most visionary and restless winemakers. Best known for reinventing his familys famed Port house while simultaneously launching daring side projects, Dirk thrives on questioning tradition and creating wines that make people rethink what Portuguese wine can be.

The Drink Me Tinto was the very first Nat Cool bottling, a playful take on Baga, Bairradas famously tannic and structured grape. Instead of making it heavy and serious, Dirk leaned into glou glou freshness, showing a different face of Bairrada. Now an icon of the modern Portuguese wine movement, this liter bottle is a symbol of everyday natural wine joy.
