Crafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, Humano begins with 100 % Blue Weber agave grown to full maturity. The distillation process respects tradition and purity, with no additives or shortcuts. This Aejo is matured through a double-barrel process for approximately 12 months, combining new American oak and bourbon barrels to impart depth and wood-driven nuance. Bottled at 40 % ABV (80 proof), the brand emphasises authentic agave character and artisanal craft.
