Description
Ice Melon has the delicious flavour of Musk Melon with influences the appeal of this liqueur. It’s a splendid New Zealand liqueur which is great in fruit cocktails and desserts.
MITRE PEAK;
2 parts Ice Melon
2 scoops of ice
Blend the two ingredients together, then pack into a martini glass to form a peak. Garnish, serve.
