East Rock Sauvignon Blanc is pale gold with glints of lime. This fresh, zesty Sauvignon Blanc offers enticing citrus and passionfruit aromas leading to a ripe, tropical palate.
A bold and vibrant bouquet filled with scents and flavours of peaches and pink grapefruit, lots of crisp red apple and fresh herb suggestions. Theres a layer of tropical fruits including pineapple and green mango then fresh Thais basil and lime. Taut, salivating and new. A backbone of acidity carries flavours and a saline fininsh. Best from 2025 through 2027.
