Crafted from 100% organic Chardonnay grapes, it undergoes a 45-day skin maceration and is fermented with indigenous yeasts, bottled unfiltered, vegan and with minimal added sulfur.
The result is a golden-apricot hue wine with bold texture, lively acidity and a fresh, expressive profile that still brings elegance.
