Description
Paso Robles has made a name for itself as a source of supple, powerful, fruit-driven wines, but is known for being red wine country. It is home of many notable wines that are unapologetically bold and opulently fruit-driven, albeit with a surprising amount of acidity, thanks to the regions chilly nighttime temperatures. This red blends notes of ripe plum, black cherry, and cassis make it an excellent wine to pair with beef dishes
