An ancient, almost extinct variety from just west of Torino. This is Fabrizio’s latest addition to the line up. It isintense with notes oflemon and grapefruitwith a chalky mineral. Medium bodied and rounded, it almost has a waxy texture that is a perfect complement to the bright acidity.
