This little pig from Marlborough is intensely aromatic on the nose and tastes full and luscious on the palate. Think aromas of ripe stone fruits, ginger and juicy ripe pear with a touch of sweetness on the finish.
Nose: The nose is brimming with aromas of delicate pear, nectarine, and lemon tart, with perfumed white flowers.
Palate: The palate is ripe and concentrated, bursting with freshly picked nectarine, nashi pear flavours , and a hint of honeysuckle. With a creamy mouthfeel flowing to a subtle sweet finish, this is a delicately lush and structured Pinot Gris that will leave you squealing for more!
Peak Drinking: This wine should be enjoyed while the juicy fruit flavours are still vibrant and fresh, within 2 years of bottling.
