From sommelier Patick Capiello (Pearl & Ash) and winemaker Pax Mahle. This is a grape usually used for grape concentrate and MEGAPURPLE. Here, it is made into something actually delicious. It’s hard to get over the color. It’s medium in body and a little wild. The palate is approachable, with some generous juicy dark and red fruit.
