On the palate, baked apricots and peaches lead, with vanilla candy, caramel crisps, and baking spices providing a solid base with depth. The finish is lengthy and layered with a wave of clove and baked apricot persisting as baking spices and sweeter flavors fade. A bourbon displaying depth and grace.
