Chinuri “Touch of Skin”, Pheasant’s Tears 2020 (Kartli, Georgia)

Description

100% Chinuri from organic vines in Mukhrani, central Georgia, left on the skins for 30 days in underground clay pots, then bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. Medium bodied orange wine with tropical notes on the nose and zippy lime zest on the finish to go with moderate tannins and some cidery funk.
