Description
This rare bottle is usually only available from the Jim Beam American Stillhouse in Kentucky. It is aged longer than than typical bottles of Jim Beam, probably around 10 years old, and has been finished in ex-sherry casks from renowned sherry house Pedro Ximnez,. This is a very unusual move for a Bourbon, but in this bottle it yields a whiskey that is smooth and refined with notes of stewed fruit, almonds, and molasses.
