Origins & Craftsmanship
Founded in Reims in 1962 by a collective of growers, Champagne Jacquart now sources from over 60 carefully selected crus across Cte des Blancs, Valle de la Marne, and Cte des Bar. The Mosaque style blends 44% Pinot Noir (including around 16% still red wine), 3334% Chardonnay, and 2123% Pinot Meunier, with 2535% reserve wines. Aged a minimum of three years on the lees and finished with a dosage of around 910 g/L, this non-vintage Ros is both textured and balanced.
