Ribolla Gialla is an ancient white grape variety most often found in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. This delicate, floral, high acid white grape has documentation back to the 13th century in Friuli. Known as Rebula in Slovenia and likely Robola in Greece, this variety has been celebrated for hundreds of years.
