Description
The Vocorets have just one-third of a hectare in Butteaux, their sole Premier Cru for now, at least. This is richer and earthier than the village wines but retains some yellow flower touches. Its intense and focused, with bright citrus fruit, wonderful finesse and a stinging mineral intensity. Iodine, oyster shell and seawater combine on the finish.
