Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara from the organically farmed Pegrandi vineyard, the fresh juice is passed through the dried skins of the same grapes that they used for their Amarone then it is aged in cherry barrels for a year. Dark cherries and chocolate for days.
