TMARO is the first and only date-sweetened amaro, crafted by legendary chef Elizabeth Falkner and spirits expert Heather Freyer. Made in California with Coachella Valley organic dates, this amaro uses no added sugars, artificial flavors, or colors. It begins with a date-based eau-de-vie thats macerated with select botanicals, lightly filtered, and bottled with artisan careincluding labels on upcycled palm-frond paper.
