Aromas of nashi pear, Packham and Jazz apple, fresh quince, orange blossom and white pepper roll into hints of loquat, yellow melon and subtle ginger jellies. The palate is light yet flavoursome, laden with pear nectar and crisp apple, lemonskin citrus, a touch of whitetea tannin and a long, pithy, refreshing finish.
