We strive to continue working with heirloom clones across all of our brands, and every year, we create a bottling of Pinot Noir that is 100% free of Dijon clones. This year, 70% of the fruit for our Dijon-Free Pinot is from Johan Vineyards, offering its saline and savory characters, and the Pommard is from Eola Springs, own-rooted and full of spice and tannin. Together, they create a stunning expression of Pinot Noir, without a Dijon clone in sight.
