Weingut Denis Wolf is a small estate in Grokarlbach in the northern Pfalz founded by Denis Wolf in 2018. His experience at wineries including Weingut Keller in Rheinhessen, Domaine Ostertag in Alsace, Domaine Didier Dagueneau in the Loire Valley, and Domaine Jean-Louis Chave in the Rhne helped shape a philosophy centered on careful vineyard work and minimal intervention in the cellar. The estate farms its vineyards biodynamically and achieved Demeter certification beginning with the 2021 vintage.
