Description

Carignan grapes (88%) picked from Remi Poujol in the Languedoc. Whole cluster for twenty days before pressing, then in April she combined the Carignan with Muscat (4%), Viognier (4%) and Molette (4%) before bottling the wine in June. Juicy fun.
