Description
Clos de Fou is a project started by 4 friends with day jobs in the wine industry who wanted to make low intervention wines from small organicgrowersaround Chile. This is a blend of76% Cinsault, 16% Pais, 8% Carignan from the Itata Valley made all in concrete. Medium bodied with smoky rhubarb, tobacco leaf, and spiced red fruit.
