Domaine Huet is a leading winery in Vouvray, responsible for producing what Robert Parker deemed one of the finest Haut-Lieus I have tasted. Despite being founded over a century ago, it is a pioneer in the region, being one of the first to fully adopt biodynamics. This is a 100% Chenin Blanc, made in an off-dry style that highlights both the natural sugar and refreshing acidity of the grape. While clear and pure, this also has a depth to it that makes this a wonderfully balanced wine.
