100%Mtsvane, an ancient native grape to this region of Kakheti, specifically in the appellation of Tibaani.Touch of Skin in this case is 2 weeks, then wine ages on the lees in Qvevri for another 9 months before getting bottled unfiltered with almost no sulfur added. This is an aromatic orange wine with ripe orchard fruit, smokey tea leaves and spice with gentle grip and a mouthwatering minerality that balances everything out.
