Description
This single varietal Pigato has benefited from some years of ageing and its now ready to be enjoyed. The nose has enticing aromas of dried stone fruits, hazelnuts, lemon curd and some brine. The palate is textured, crunchy with a rounded mouthfeel. Ideal with roast chicken with all the trimmings.
