Our first limited release starts with our Signature Rum, aged for one year in French oak, ex-Madeira casks. We then infuse it with dried banana chips made in-house from fresh, fair trade bananas, alongside natural banana flavour, before gently sweetening to bring the fruit fully into focus.

The result is a rich, unctuous sipping rum, a little sweeter than our usual style, with banana clearly present on the palate while the depth and structure of the aged rum still carry through. Designed to be enjoyed slowly, neat or over ice.

Only 140 bottles produced.

Each bottle comes with a laser-cut cork luggage tag, filled with the story of the rum. Remove the insert and it becomes a reusable travel tag something to keep long after the bottle is finished.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Ripe banana, soft caramel, gentle oak
Palate: Rich and rounded, baked banana, toffee, vanilla
Finish: Smooth, lingering banana with warm oak spice
