The Authentique offers a no-nonsense, easy drinking pear cider with delicate bubbles and slightly sweeter finish that pairs nicely with fresh goat cheese. In 1992,Eric Bordelet, previously sommelier at Arpege Alain Passard’s Restaurant in Paris, took over the production of this family property in Normandy. His ciders are always delicate and elegant.
