Description
A 1.5ha site of Beaujolais Suprieur very close to where Yanns estate holdings in Fleurie are located. 60 year old vines on average; granite soils. Semi-carbonic fermentation, aging done two-thirds in concrete tanks and one third in neutral 225L barrels. .5g/L SO2 added only at bottling.
