Description

Intense ruby red with a violet trim. High layer.Very complex wine. Elegant, ripe fruit. Mediterranean undergrowth. Notable liquorice aromas.
Fresh acidity that denotes the elegance of the wine, broad and fleshy, flooding the mouth with different sensations which combine to give way to a silky finish. Endowed with a lot of potential.

Varieties: 50% Black Grenache 50% Carignan.

Soils: Clayey and llicorella.

Vineyard age: 75 to 90 years old.

Ageing: 14 months in French oak barrels. 50% old barrel 50% new barrel. 42 months in bottle.

Production: 997 bottles.
