Description
This is a field blend of roughly equal parts Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault from old organic vinesin the foothills of the Pyrenees, hand harvested and left partially whole cluster and co-fermented with native yeast in large concrete tanks where it also ages before getting bottled lightly filtered with minimal sulfur added. Full bodied with lush, smoky purple fruit and a velvety finish. Comfort wine.
