Tucked in the Irish countryside, Baileborough, County Cavan, is home to one of the oldest cream liqueur plants in the world. We craft Bradys with local cream (fresh from the dairy), the finest spirits and triple distilled whiskey to give Bradys its unique and authentic taste. We expertly mix these ingredients together to produce one of the best Irish creams in the market.

TASTING NOTES
Bradys is made in small batches, using only premium and natural ingredients. Its a full-bodied liqueur that has a sophisticated aroma of caramel, coffee and cocoa, with hints of toasted nuts and honey. On the palate, expect a luxuriant creamy taste, accented with butterscotch, lightly sweet dark chocolate and natural vanilla. A delicate but welcome note of Irish whiskey can be detected on the finish.
