Made from the rare Cubana Negra sugar cane, this rum is produced using traditional, sustainable methods, including hand-harvested cane and natural week-long fermentation. Distilled in a small alambique column and bottled at pot-still proof, El Amparo boasts a vibrant, expressive profile.
