Our freshly harvested grapes are crafted using the mthode carbonique, a technique similar to that of Beaujolais Nouveau. This process results in a fruity red wine with minimal tannins. Enjoy it slightly chilled to enhance its vibrant characteristics.
A clear, translucent light ruby hue, this wine presents a delicate and radiant appearance. On the nose, expect vibrant notes of fresh strawberries and locally sourced cherries, complemented by hints of herbs that add depth to its lively aroma.
