Light, fresh and truly unique. Listan Negro is a great alternative to Cabernet Franc due to its spicy, aromatic and herbal nature. High acidity, low tannin, with notes of pepper, dried pine needles, red fruit and a salty long finish ( as with most volcanic wines).
