100% Tintilia del Molise from younger organic vines, wild fermented whole cluster, semi-carbonic and aged in steel for a year, then bottled unfiltered with minimal sulfur added. Fresh spiced red berries and crushed flowers with silky tannins. Perfect with a little chill and spicy sausage.
