Vino Frizzante Rosato “A Rous”, Randi 2021 (Emilia-Romagna, Italy)

Description

This is a Pet-Nat made from a rare grape, Uva Longanesi, from the hills outside of Ravenna on the Adriatic coast of Romagna. The grapes are grown biodynamically, then hand harvested and wild fermented, then bottled before it finished. Lean and refreshing with salty pomegranate and citrus zest notes with a savory streak.
