Champagne Louis Roederer, Collection 245, Brut

Description

This blend is made up of 41% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot Noir and 26% Pinot Meunier. This is part of Louis Roederers new collection, with each release based on a vintage: the Collection 245 is based on the 2020. Medium-bodied, with a fruity nature, this is crunchy and fresh in the glass with a lovely chalky texture. Theres a delicate rounded feel to this, and with time in the glass, it opens to reveal some smoke and oyster-shell umami notes.
