Pari Trouillas Blanc, Potron Minet 2020 (Languedoc, France)

Description

80% Grenache Gris and Blanc from a single vineyard planted in 1963 and 20% Muscat Petit Grain planted in 1980, all farmed without chemicals, hand harvested, fermented with native yeast and aged in fiberglass tank until bottling unfiltered with almost no sulfur in March. Medium bodied, but light on it’s feet and really aromatic and bright.Jean-Sbastien Gioan studied under Thierry Puzelat in the Loire, then set up shop inthe hills just south of Nimes, where he works old vines completely naturally.
