Description
Garganega, Tai Rosso and Pinot Noir. Some of the garganega must is frozen for bottle re-fermentation, which is done in the spring. The finished wine sits on the lees for about a year! Bursting re-fermented is a true thirst quencher wine! Flowers and orange peel, in the mouth the profile is dry and fresh, tremendously thirst quenching, on the palate flavors of peach and lime with a touch of oxidative saltiness.
