Description
Non- Alcoholic. Alcohol was distilled out by a vacuum still @ 23C, then injected with CO2. 45.3 g/l RS, but nicely balanced by the bubbles, this shows pineapple, apple clean citrus and a just there spicy Riesling note. The palate is clean and bright and the sugar doesn’t show too much due to the bubbles.
This is made like the still expression, but the CO2 in the sparkling version really balances the 45 grams/L residual and makes it appear drier than it is. Because of that, its even more wine-like: lemon, spice and everything nice!
