Made from carefully selected molasses in the small Mexican village of Saint Luis Potosi, Pixan 8-year rum is aged for a minimum of 8 years in ex-Bourbon casks.
The result is a rich and complex aromatic profile.
Its nose opens with notes of flambed bananas and pineapple. The palate confirms the aromas of the nose while caramelizing the exotic fruits. Its tasty and complex finish reveals subtly woody notes.
