Description
This Single Malt Whisky is made from premium Tasmanian barley and locally sourced rainwater. Matured in tawny cask.
Nose – Sweet and complex aromas suggest butterscotch and Christmas muscatels.
Palate – Sweet caramel syrup and plum pudding spices join a clean, bright alcohol explosion which spreads across the palate to settle in and glow with some soft oaky tannins and leather.
Finish – Hints of cherry cordial and some nutty undertones that clearly displays the quality of both the spirit and the wood in developing harmony.
