Les Chais Du Port de la Lune is a special project fromLaurent Bordes and Annica Landais-Haapa located inside of a bunker in the Bacalan neighborhood in the city of Bordeaux. They work with growers all over southern France and make region defying blends from all over. This one is a blend of 30% Negrette from Fronton, 25% Grenache from Limoux, 25% Cab Franc from Bordeaux and 20% Syrah from Corbieres. 100% delicious. Medium bodied and juicy, but dark fruited and spiced. Perfect transitional fall red.
