Description

Organic Cinsault from a single vineyard in Herault, in the hills west of Montpellier, planted in 1969, fermented and aged in concrete. On the light side of medium bodied with silky red fruit and fresh flowers. Throw it in the fridge for a bit anddrink with something spicy.
