Merlet’s crme de Framboise combines two varieties of the fruit (Mecker and Williamette) that complement each other and bring richness and complexity.
Tasting notes – Slightly jammy raspberry aromas with a touch of cocoa and spices. A supple, fruity and sweet consistency with notes of sundried tomatoes and brown sugar. A very long finish noticeably acidic and mineral.
