Starlight Cigar Batch Bourbon is a small-batch, limited-release expression crafted from grain to glass on Starlights 700+ acre farm. Using a sweet mash process and double pot distillation on a Vendome copper pot still, this bourbon is a carefully blended 4.56.5 year marriage of Starlights signature 3- and 4-grain mash bills.
The blend combines bourbons made with corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley, creating a layered and balanced profile. After initial aging in fire-charred, new American white oak barrels, the bourbon undergoes a secondary aging of 36 months in Brazilian Amburana oak casks with a mix of medium toast, heavy toast, and char #3, adding depth and distinctive character.
Bottled at 106 proof, Starlight Cigar Batch opens with inviting aromas of cigar box and rich vanilla. The palate delivers notes of tobacco and sweet cream, finishing with light baking spice and a subtle touch of burnt sugar for a warm, lingering close.
