Matured in American oak ex-Bourbon casks, finished in Chinquapin virgin oak barrels.

Nose – Smoldering oak embers, burnt liquorice and honey, with ginger, butterscotch and orange peel.

Palate – Cocoa, crme brle and toasted almonds, with cinnamon, aniseed and campfire smoke.
