Matured on lees in barriques and puncheons (20% new) for a period of 8 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinct glimmer of green running around the outskirts and a watery hue. Scented white peach, nectarine and dried honey aromas morph into biscuity oak, citrusy nougat and gun flint notes. Nicely concentrated flavours of white peach, nectarine and subtle dried honey possess a fleshy feel with some biscuity oak, spicy nougat and faint infusions of gun flint lying underneath. Finishes with good freshness and a long gently creamed aftertaste.
